Inspired by the classic forms of Venetian chandeliers, the absence of elaborate decorations gives this model a more streamlined, elegant, and modern look. Alessia, with all its cups directed downward, is the base variant of Up&Down, which features lights alternately directed downward and upward to provide uniform illumination throughout the room.

How is Alessia Made?

This transparent Murano glass chandelier is entirely handmade in the furnaces where our artisans work diligently, blowing glass into molds to shape the main components. With the appropriate tools, they shape the details, repeatedly placing the piece back into the furnace to keep it malleable. Alessia is distinguished by its rigadin work, which creates raised, straight, and parallel stripes through the use of a mold into which the glass is inserted before being blown.
