This classic Venetian table lamp has its roots in the early 18th century and is characterized by intricate arabesques of leaves and flowers. These decorations were introduced by Murano glassmakers to distinguish themselves from other productions emerging in the market, such as Bohemian crystal, which allowed for greater light refraction due to its facets. In response to these new tastes, Venetian production had to innovate by developing increasingly elaborate forms.

How is Dafne made?
This Murano glass table lamp, available in various colors, is entirely handcrafted in the furnaces where our master glassmakers work diligently, blowing glass into molds to shape the main pieces. Dafne features a transparent base and shade, worked with the "rigadin" technique and enriched with a rich twisted border, available in various colors.
